  • 1 PKG. (1 1/4#) TURKEY BREAST SLICES
  • 2 PKG. (10oz) EACH, FROZEN BROCCOLI SPEARS, THAWED AND DRAINED
  • 2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
  • 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
  • 2 TABS. GRATED ONION
  • 2 TEAS. LEMON JUICE
  • 1/2 TEAS. CURRY POWDER
  • 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 TABS. MELTED BUTTER

Step 1

HEAT OVEN TO 350* GREASE RECTANGULAR BKING DISH, 13x9x2". HEAT 2 TABS. BUTTER UNTIL MELTED. COOK TURKEY IN BUTTER UNTIL NO LONGER PINK.PLACE BROCCOLI SPEARS IN BAKING DISH. ARRANGE TURKEY ON BROCCOLI. MIX SOUP, MAYOMMAISE,ONION,LEMON JUICE AND CURRY POWDER. POUR OVER TURKEY AND BROCCOLE, SPRINLKE WITH CHEESE. TOSS BREAD CRUMBS AND MELTED BUTTER, SPRINLKE OVER CASSEROLE.
BAKE UNTIL HEATED THROUGH AND CHEESE IS BUBBLY, 25-30 MINUTES.

SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.

SERVE OVER TOAST OR PASTA.
