Ingredients

  • Creole seasoning
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms drained
  • 3 medium potatoes sliced
  • 3-4 carrots sliced
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with chilies

Preparation

Step 1

Season pork chops with creole seasoning as desired.
Heat vegetable oil in cooker then brown chops on both sides.
Add all remaining ingredients to cooker.
Cook under high pressure for 15 minutes and then use rapid pressure
release.

NOTE: Rotel tomatoes with chilies are fairly hot. You can substitute regular canned diced tomatoes if you want for a milder taste.
