Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1(8-count) package crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cook sausage in skillet until done; drain and add cream cheese.

Flatten rolls and spread over bottom of 9 X 13-inch pan. Pour in sausage mix.

Whisk the remainder of ingredients together and pour over sausage mix. Sprinkle on cheddar cheese.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve hot.
