Chicken wtih Creamy Penne

Ingredients
- 7 oz penne pasta
- salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons white wine
- 1 heaping cup frozen peas
- 5 tablespoons heavy cream
- chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the penne according to directions, until tender but still firm to the bite.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet, add the chicken breasts, and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
Pour in the wine and cook over high heat until it has almost evaporated.
Drain the pasta. Add the peas, cream and pasta to the chickn breasts in the skillet and stir well. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Sprinkle w/ parsley and serve.
