Braided sausage brunch

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz sausage in bulk tube
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 celery
- 1/4 chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 TBs fresh chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp green onion tops chopped
- 2 tubes cresent
- 1 beaten egg

Step 1
brown sausage, onion,celery, green pepper and garlic
Cook veggies until tender- drain
Add cream cheese , parsley and green onion tops and stir until cheese is melted.
Unroll cresent rolls and pat into 10 x 12 triangles
Plae half the sausage mix down the middle
Turn top down and slice from edges on left and right sides ievery inch from outer edge in about 3 inches to the center. This creates pieces of dough to place over the mixture. Braid and then fold up from the bottom .
Brush with egg mixture.
Repeat this with ogher half of the sausage mixture
Bake on cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350.
