- 10 LBS PORK ROAST
- 8 CLOVES GARLIC CLOVES
- 1/4 CUP SALT
- 1/4 CUP PEPPER
- 2 TSP CHOPPED OREGANO
- 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 4 LARGE POTATOES CUBED
- 3 – 4 LBS MIXED VEGGIES ( FROZEN )

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 F, PLACE OLIVE OIL
GARLIC, SALT, PEPPER OREGANO INTO
A FOOD PROCESSOR. PROCESS TILL
SMOOTH, APPLY TO ROAST. PEEL
AND CUBE POTATOES, PLACE ROAST IN
BAKING PAN, POTATOES AROUND ROAST
BAKE TILL 155 - 160 F I.T. ON MEAT
