Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
- 2 Tbs oil
- 3/4 lb chicken cutlets
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 2-3 Tbs olive oil
- 12 oz. broad egg noodles,cooked according to package directions
- Pesto
- 1 bunch Basil Leaves,about 2 cups,1 packed tightly
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the oregano,salt,pepper and oil.Rub into the chicken.
Grill or pan fry for 6-10 min. until cooked.Remove from pan,cut into strips and set aside.
Into the same pan,add 8-10 cherry tomatoes,cut in 1/2. Drizzle with olive oil,cook stirring occasionally,3-4 min.
To prepare the pesto.combine the basil,salt and garlic in a food processor or blender. Gradually add in the oil.
Toss drained noodles with pesto and chicken. Top with sauteed tomatoes.
