Ingredients

  • No measuring needed! Throw in these ingredients, or customize it to your liking! I said it was easy, didn't I?

  • Pasta (Tri-colored makes it look even better!)

  • Italian Dressing (Light makes it less oily)

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Pepperoni quarters

  • Veggies (Broccoli Florets, Peeled Carrots, Black Olives, Grape Tomatoes, etc)

  • Freshly grated parmesan (Kraft is NOT allowed!)

Directions

Boil water with a pinch of salt and a dab of olive oil, then add in pasta until it reaches that perfect al dente point. Drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is cool. Put in a big plastic container (one you can cover). Throw in everything else. Cover. Shake. Serve. Refrigerate anything left over. It probably took me longer to type this than it will for you to make. Perfect for moms-on-the-go, last minute BBQs, or when your fiance keeps bugging you to make him some more for his work party in the morning. **I used to make 2 boxes of pasta for this. But since half of that is eaten before it's even assembled, I've learned more is better. Leftovers don't last long anyway.**
