Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 2-4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 2-3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 14.5 oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 lb. halibut, cod, shrimp, scallops or clams
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans
  • Paata--fusilli, shells, etc

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat olive oil in 6 qt. pot over med/high heat. Add onion, garlic and celery. Saute til soft. Stir in Tomato paste and seasonings. Stir in tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in seafood and cook until seafood is don.
Add pasta. Enjoy.
