Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 2-4 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2-3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
- 14.5 oz can chopped tomatoes
- 1 lb. halibut, cod, shrimp, scallops or clams
- 1 cup frozen cut green beans
- Paata--fusilli, shells, etc

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat olive oil in 6 qt. pot over med/high heat. Add onion, garlic and celery. Saute til soft. Stir in Tomato paste and seasonings. Stir in tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in seafood and cook until seafood is don.
Add pasta. Enjoy.
