Vodka Sauce for Penne Vodka

Ingredients

• 2 tbs butter
• 1 1/2 shots vodka
• 1/4 lb shredded mozz cheese
• 5 tbs parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 cup cream
• 3/4 cup marinara

Preparation

Step 1

Heat all ingredients in this order, 1 at a time. Pour over 1 lb
cooked penne.

THese ingredients are just estimated. Add more or less of anything
you want.
