Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked couscous
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbs finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring broth and pepper to a boil in a small saucepan.
Add couscous and lemon juice;mix well. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly to mix. Serve warm.
