Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced thin
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves, sliced very thin
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Marinate lamb in mixture for two hours, at room temperature, before grilling. Use as a basting sauce, if desired. May be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
