Ingredients
- 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 jar store bought marinara sauce (24-26 ounces)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14-16 ounces)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- *Can skip vodka and saute 1/2 cup diced bacon in the pressure cooker before step 1 of the recipe

Step 1
1. Add all ingredients, except heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to pressure cooker and securely lock on the cooker's lid. Set the cooker to high and cook for 7 minutes.
2. Perform a quick release to release the cooker's pressure. Safely remove the lid and slowly stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
3. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
