Ingredients

  • 3/4 C crabmeat
  • 3/4 C shrimp, cooked
  • 3/4 C swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 C celery, cooked
  • 1/4 C green onions, sliced
  • 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 C dry white wine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Combine crab, shrimp, cheese, celery and onions. Place in pie shell. Combine mayonnaise, flour, wine and eggs. Pour over crab mixture and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
