- 1/2 lb. smoked salmon, flaked
- 12-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Tbs. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbs. garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in bowl and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve on crackers or toasted bread.
