Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3 oz Parmesan(1 generous cup)
- Salt and white pepper
- 8 oz dried ziti
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 500 degrees. Cook ziti. Undercook by 1 to 2 minutes. In a large bowl combine the cream with all but 2 Tbsp of the cheese, 1/4 tsp salt and white pepper to taste. Add drained pasta to cream mixture. Divide among small shallow gratin dishes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter. Bake until pasta is bubbly and hot and edges begin to brown, about 10 minutes.
