- 1 (5 pound) boneless rump roast
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 (1 ounce) package au jus mix
- 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
Place roast in slow cooker. Mix beef broth, au jus mix, and dressing mix. Pour over roast. Cover and cook 8-10 hours on low setting. Broth may be thickened for gravy.
