Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package Garden Spiral Pasta
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1.5 oz. envelope McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 8 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Medium Green Peppers, diced
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • Two 6 oz. cans Large Black Olives, halved
  • 3/4 cup water

Step 1

Cook pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook ground beef over MEDIUM heat until no longer pink. Add taco seasoning and water to the ground beef; Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Drain pasta and place in a large bowl; Add seasoned ground beef, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, black olives and cheddar cheese. Mix well and serve hot with garlic bread.
