Ingredients
- albs top round steak
- 1/4 c dijon
- 1 md onion cut into slivers
- 3 c beef broth
- 1/3 c flour
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1) cut meat into 4 pieces. pound to 1/4".
2) spread mustard and scatter onions over top
3)roll and secure with toothpicks. cook low 8 hours
4) combine flour with 1/2c water mixing til smooth. add to cooker and cook 20 minutes or til thickened.
5) season with salt and pepper
