Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks, trimmed of fat
- 2 t. prepared mustard
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 T. apple-mint jelly or brown sugar

Step 1
Arrange lamb shanks in casserole with cover that best accommodates their size and shape. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over lamb shanks. Cover and bake at 325 for 2 ½ hours or until meat is very tender.
