  • 2-3 lb chuck or rump roast
  • 1 jar pepperoncini's
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped onion
  • 1 pkg dry onion soup mix (optional)
  • Rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper; add cut up onion. Pour in whole jar pepperoncini with juice and dry onion soup mix (if desired). Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Slice thinnly and serve on rolls.
