Ingredients
- 16 large fresh mushrooms
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 3 T crumbled bleu cheese
- 2 T chopped walnuts
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon chives or green onion

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms. Steam in small amount of water in covered sauce pan 6-8 minutes. Drain, let cool.
Beat cream cheese and Bleu cheese. Stir in nuts. Spoon into mushrooms. Sprinkle with chives or green onion. Serve on a lettuce lined plate.
