16 large fresh mushrooms
1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 T crumbled bleu cheese
2 T chopped walnuts
Garnish with 1 tablespoon chives or green onion
Remove stems from mushrooms. Steam in small amount of water in covered sauce pan 6-8 minutes. Drain, let cool. Beat cream cheese and Bleu cheese. Stir in nuts. Spoon into mushrooms. Sprinkle with chives or green onion. Serve on a lettuce lined plate.
