Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 lbs tomatoes
- 1 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/4 cup pasta water

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking, core and coarsely chop tomatoes. Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic in a large serving bowl. Drain and toss pasta in bowl with mixture. Add water and toss well. Top with parmesan.
