Ingredients
- 1 1/3 pounds of smoked BBQ pork
- 1/2 cup honey laced, vinegar BBQ sauce with chiles
- 1 head green cabbage
- 6-8 medium collard green leaves
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 large green apple, cored
- 2 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- pinch crushed red pepper or hot sauce
- 8 clices bread

Preparation
Step 1
slice green cabbage, red bell pepper, sweet potato and apple (do not peel) into thin julienned strips and place into large bowl. stem and slice collard greens into thin strips and add to large bowl. set aside.
add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed and crushed red pepper into food processor and blend slowly until smooth and creamy. slowly add desicred amoutn of dressing mixture into bowl of slaw and stir.
