Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage & onion in skillet; drain. Combine eggs and remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add sausage mixture and mix well. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 25 min., or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Makes 11-12.
