Raisin Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Rice (washed and drained)
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 8 C. Milk
  • 1 C. Seedless Raisins
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon on top.
  • This recipe is from a friend of mine, Pauline Whitney.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Grease an 9x13x2 baking dish.

2. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together. It will be very liquified; but remember, the rice and raisins will absorb a lot of the liquid.

3. Pour into the Baking Dish; Sprinkle Cinnamon on top and place in the oven.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour or until lightly browned on top.
