Ingredients

  • 5 Johnsonville Mile Italian sausage - cooked and coin sliced
  • 1 15 oz. rigatoni pasta
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 gloves garlic minced
  • 1 large red pepper chunked and sauteed
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 26 oz. jar of your favorite pasta sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage as per directions. Cook rigatoni according to directions and keep warm. In a large pan place olive oil and garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook until crisp tender. Combined cooked sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat until warm. At this point you may mix with pasta or serve separately. Top with parsley.
