Macadamia Nut Pesto

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small bunch, fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 1/2 t minced garlic
  • 1 cup roasted, salted macadamia nuts-finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese



Step 1

Blend first 3 ingredients in blender, only use 1/4 cup olive oil.
Add nuts and cheese and blend well.
Gradually mix remaining olive oil.
Season with salt and white pepper.
Can refrigerate up to 1 week.
