Pasta-Spaghettini w/Crumbled Bleu cheese

  • 1/2 Lb Spaghettini
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup minced fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 Cup (about 2 Ozs.) Crumbled Bleu Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook the Spaghettini until Al dente, in a large pot of boiling water 12-15 minutes

2. Meanwhile, melt the butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

3. Drain the spaghettini and place in a large bowl. Pour on the parsley sauce and toss very well. Sprinkle on the crumbled bleu cheese and toss again.
Serve immediately
