Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs sausage
- 9 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt and dash pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 cup seasoned croutons

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and drain
Place on bottom of 8×8 pan
Beat eggs and add milk, salt, pepper. Stir in cheese.
Pour over sausage. Top with Croutons
Oven 325
Bake 50-60 minutes
