Dr. Oz Veggie Flush Smoothies

By

It's healthy. You can drink as much as you want, all day long, with NO concern about gaining weight. It's an appetite suppressant. And it may have detoxing benefits as well. It tastes yummy-like cucumbers and pears. I used just half a lemon, since I only had one and needed some for tonight's dinner, but it was a juicy one, and I probably got 3-4 Tblsp of juice from it.

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, add the spinach and the water. Blend until smooth.

Add cucumber and celery, then blend.

Add the pear and blend.

Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture. Divide into two glasses and enjoy.

Update: I now use just 1 cup of water, and then add 12 ice cubes at the end, and crush them.
