Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 8 cups white bread cubes
- 3 teas poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teas black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage; drain. Melt margarine; add to sausage drippings to make 1 cup. Saute celery and onions in margarine. Add bread, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Cook in buttered dish in water. Baste with turkey drippings.
