Meat Sauce and Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 pkg. baby portabello mushrooms
- 1 bag rigatoni
- 1/2 onion,chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbls. olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- chopped fresh oregano and basil
- 32 oz crushed tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive with large skillet, brown beef w/onion and garlic. Add wine and reduce by half. Add mushrooms, broth oregano and basil, simmer for 5 minutes then add crushed tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. To blend juices. Mix in cooked rigatoni.
