Ingredients
- 350 g favorite tofu
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 container fresh mushrooms
- Soy sauce to taste
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
If using fresh mushrooms, slice them and sauté them in hot olive oil. Cut the tofu into cubes approx 1 cm. Add to the mushrooms. If using canned mushrooms, sauté the tofu first and add the mushrooms later. Add soy sauce to taste.
