Main Dish: Sweet & Savory Pork Chops
- 4 thin to medium pork chops
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 4 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- Salt, pepper, & steak seasoning
- Alternative sauce: 1/4 c maple syrup, 2 T brown sugar, 2T ketchup, 2 T mustard, and 1T Worcestershire.
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in skillet on medium-high heat. Season pork chops on each side with seasonings. Cook on each side for a few minutes until nicely browned. Transfer chops to platter keep arm. Add onions, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to butter in skillet. Cook for about 7 minutes till mixture is dark and Carmel like. Pour the onion mixture over the chops. Cover with foil and bake for 20 min.
