Ingredients

  • Mix together in large bowl.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 C large walnut pieces
  • 1 lb. St. Andre cheese or triple creame brie cut into irregular pieces
  • 1 C coarsely chopped Italian parsley
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced Parma ham shredded
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 C olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Let stand at room temperature at least 4 hours. Just before serving heat water to boiling. Add 1 T oil and 1 1/2 t salt. Add 1 lb. linguine. Cook to aldente. Drain, toss with sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and pepper.
