Puffed Up Pasta Shells

  • 3 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 container ricotta cheese 15z
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbl italian seasoning
  • Season
  • 1 pack 12z jumbo pasta shells
  • Prego 15z



Step 1

Preheat 350
Boil water
Chop prosciutto and parsley
Beat egg
In bowl mix cheeses
Stir in egg and prosc
Add parsley and italian seasoning
Cook pasta until tender 10min
Drain and rinse with cold water
Fill shells
Spread Prego on 9x13 dish
Arrange shells and cover with prego
Bake 30 min
