Vegetable: Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 16 oz. mushrooms halved
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, sliced thin (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tso, Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brandy
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
-Brush dirt off of mushroom.
-Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms garlic and onion; cook stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until tender...don't move them around.
-Remove skillet from heat; gradually add broth, Worcestershire sauce and brandy.
-Return to heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes, or until mixture thickens slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
