Ingredients

  • 12

    hard cooked eggs, peeled

  • 6

    tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1

    teaspoon dry mustard

  • 2

    squirts yellow mustard

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon pepper

  • Old Bay Seasoning, to taste

  • Paprika, for garnish

Directions

Cut peeled eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks into a medium bowl. Mash well with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustards, salt, pepper and Old Bay until nearly smooth. Fill egg whites with mixture, heaping it slightly. Garnish with paprika.
