Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef cubes, uncooked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1 can (or 1/2 lb fresh) mushrooms, sliced or button

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, except beef, in a 2 quart casserole. Blend well. Add beef. Cover and bake 3 hours @ 350oF. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
