Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 extra-large or jumbo eggs
- 2 cups milk (2% ok)
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella and Swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 can tiny shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 drops red hot sauce - (to 4)
- 3 regular or 2 deep-dish pie shells

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together in mixer, beating eggs and milk first. Pour into pie shells. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 5 minutes. Each pie serves 6 people.
This recipe yields 12 to 18 servings.
