  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can shredded sweetened coconut - (3 1/2 oz) about 1 cup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell

In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
