Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 lb. box small shell pasta
  • 1/4 lb. sliced or chopped pepperoni
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 1 small jar green olives, chopped
  • 6 to 8 oz. mozzarella, provolone, munster cheeses,
  • chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped very fine
  • 1 tomato, chopped or more if desired
  • may use cherry tomatoes also
  • garlic, green peppers, chopped (optional)
  • 1 package, dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix dressing according to package directions. Pour over pasta and mix. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. If salad seems dry, add oil and vinegar to taste.
