Ingredients

  • l-8 oz,cream cheese, room temp. - 3T. mayonnaise - 3T. fresh lemon juice - 2T. finely chopped red onion - lT. prepared white horseradish - lt. (or more)worcesteershire sauce - l/4 t. hot pepper sauce
  • Chopped resh paarsley - Toasted baquette slices & crackers.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingred. in med. bowl. Add l t. worcestershire sauce & hot pepper sauce, blend well. Mix in crabmeaat. Season dip to taste with salt, pepper, & additional worcestershire sauce, if desired. (can be made a day ahead. Cover, chill. Let stand 2 hrs. at room temp. before serving)
Place dip in center of platter. Sprinkle with parsley. Surround with toasts - crackers.
