Ingredients
- 16 oz. box rotini noodles
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 3/4 C. Italian dressing
- 1 C. cubed cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to directions. Rinse in cold water. In large bowl add noodles and vegetables. Pour on dressing and add cheese. Stir. Cover and chill in refrigerator 3 hours.
