Italian Herbed Sausage Bread

Ingredients
- 1 lb package pizza dough - defrosted
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 lb Italian sausage
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp sage
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella - coarsely grated
- 1/4 cup flour
- 6 Tsp grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Heat 1 Tbs olive oil in pan and cook sausage breaking into small pieces.
Place sausage in a bowl and add egg, cloves, allspice ,sage, 1/4 t salt, 1/8 t pepper and mozzarella and combine well.
Place pizza dough on parchment paper and dust with flour and foll into rectangle 10 x 14 inches and 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbs parmesan.
Spread sausage mixture over dough leaving 1/2 inch border all around.
Working so the long part of the dough is facing you tuck in each short side abou 1/2 inch then fold the long side closest to you to the center and roll the dough away from you into a log.
Arrange seam side down.
Pick up parchment paper and put on baking sheet. Brush with 1 Tbs olive oil and dust with parmesan.
Bake until top is brown - about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with olive oil and cool for 10 minutes and then slice and serve with pesto
