- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
- 3 Tbsp HP Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 medium minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash
- Or use your favorite herbs & spices

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, oats, HP, egg, onion , parsley and celery salt. Shape into 1-inch meatballs, place into oven proof pan and bake at 350F until done, about 30 minutes. Use meatballs in your favorite recipes.
