    sliced carrots

    sliced parsnip

    large rutabaga (peeled and cut into cubes)

  • ½

    cup red wine

  • 2

    T beef stock base or 3 bouillon cubes

  • cups water (add before cooking)

Directions

Slow Cooker: 8-10 hours on LOW Serve with: mashed potatoes or rice
